These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any lawn care, land clearing, excavation, or related services ("Services") provided by Roth & Sons Lawn and Land Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), a service business based in Kansas City, Missouri. By using this website or requesting Services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or request Services.
We provide lawn mowing, brush hogging, brush and leaf removal, landscape design and planting, retaining wall installation, excavation and land clearing, concrete work, and snow removal, primarily serving the Kansas City, MO metro area. Availability of any specific service may vary based on season, equipment, and scheduling.
Estimates provided over the phone, by text, or in person are based on the information and property conditions available at the time and are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we're on site (for example, unexpected ground conditions, debris, or additional work requested). We aim to communicate any change in price before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduling is done directly with David by phone or text. Outdoor work is weather-dependent, so jobs may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, frozen ground, or unsafe working conditions. We'll do our best to communicate any delay or reschedule as soon as we're aware of it.
Payment terms (amount, timing, and accepted payment methods) are agreed upon directly between you and David at the time of booking or upon completion of the job, unless otherwise discussed. Invoices are due upon receipt unless another arrangement has been made in writing or by text.
You're responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and for disclosing known hazards (buried lines not marked by utility locate services, septic systems, irrigation lines, property line disputes, etc.). We take reasonable care on every job site, but we're not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden obstacles that a standard utility locate would not have identified.
We may photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Photos are taken of the work itself and are not intended to include identifying details of your home beyond what's reasonably necessary to showcase the project. If you'd prefer your project not be used this way, just let us know and we'll leave it out.
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Missouri law, Roth & Sons Lawn and Land Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our Services, and our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that specific job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please give us as much notice as possible by phone or text so we can adjust the schedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our services or business practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
